Description
Train FACE TO FACE to become a certified Seasons for Growth Companion in the Adult Program. This professional development training is delivered over two consecutive days by an authorised Trainer and enables educators and professionals to facilitate the Seasons for Growth seminar and/or small groups within their communities.

Outcome
Seasons for Growth provides the support and space for adults to:
- Learn about how different people respond to change, loss and grief
- Understand that it is normal to experience a range of grief reactions
- Explore new approaches to dealing with change, loss and grief in their lives
- Build communication, decision making and problem solving skills
- Participate in a supportive network of peers and adults
- Integrate their new learning into their relationships with family, friends and others.
Upon completion of the Adult Training, you will be qualified to run the adult program. Additionally, you will receive resources to run a 3-hour Seminar with the title Understanding Change, Loss and Grief.
Conditions
- Ensure you are available to attend the FULL TWO consecutive days as this is a requirement of your certification to deliver the program. We are unable to provide you with a training certificate if you have not fully attended. If you miss a portion of the training, you will be required to re-book and complete another TWO FULL days of training.
- Please practice self-care and be mindful of your personal circumstances, including any current grief. If you have experienced a major loss or change recently, be aware that the training contains references to topics that some people may find upsetting. We recommend attending 2-12 months post a significant life event. Please contact us if you are unsure about this and would like to speak with a Team Member.
- Once you have registered, you will receive a link to some pre-reading and a pre-training survey. Please complete the survey prior to joining the training as this contains important information relevant for your Trainer.
