These free three facilitated videos support children and young people to understand the impact of change and build resilience to respond to change, recognising the impact of the COVID-19 lockdowns. Designed designed for primary aged students, these videos offer a creative and safe approach to social and emotional learning.
The Rockhopper Toolkit has been designed to be easily implemented in schools, delivered through a series of three short videos: Meet the Rockhoppers; Happy Rocks and Challenging Feelings; and Making Friends with Frustration.
Each session is approximately 30 minutes long and the videos build upon one another. The sessions are ideally delivered over several days or weeks to give children the opportunity to practice the learning between sessions.
